ABOUT THE GAME

NO MORE HANDS is a first-person horror card game inspired by blackjack, built around hidden information, dangerous jokers, mechanical consequences, and a dealer who is playing for his life.

The rules seem simple: finish closer to the target than your opponent without going over.

Draw another card or pass your turn. Watch the dealer. Manipulate the table with jokers. Decide how much risk you are willing to take.

Win a round, and the dealer's press moves closer.

Lose a round, and yours does.

There is no money on this table.

You are betting your hands.

THE RULES

Every round has a target value. Your goal is to finish closer to that target than the dealer without exceeding it.

During your turn, you can draw another card or pass. The dealer follows the same basic rules, but neither side has complete information.

Aces adapt to the hand in which they are drawn. Face cards have fixed values. Some cards remain hidden until the end of the round.

Passing once does not immediately end the round. Both sides must stop taking risks before the final scores are revealed.

• Win, and the dealer moves closer to his press.
• Lose, and your own press advances.
• Go over the target, and your position becomes much worse.
• Reach the final press position, and the game ends.

There are no harmless mistakes.

JOKERS

Jokers can bend the rules of a round.

They can steal cards, force additional draws, change values, manipulate the deck, interfere with the presses, or save you from a mistake that should have ended the game.

Use them carefully. Your supply is limited, and the dealer can use jokers too.

• Steal — take a card from your opponent.
• Repeat — repeat an important action.
• Pressure — interfere with the mechanical consequences.
• Joker Shuffle — replace the available joker selection.
• Deal — manipulate the flow of cards.
• Mercy — survive something that should have defeated you.
• Surprise — create an unpredictable advantage.
• Fate — leave the result to something worse than chance.

The dealer has access to the same weapons.

GAME MODES

CLASSIC

The original version of the game.

A fixed target, calculated risks, dangerous jokers, and a final confrontation with the dealer.

Learn the rules, read your opponent, and survive long enough to push his press to the end.

ENDLESS

There is no final victory.

Survive as many rounds as possible while the dealer becomes increasingly dangerous.

Winning does not immediately move your press back. You must earn consecutive victories to regain lost space, while every defeat still brings the mechanism closer.

CHAOS

The table no longer follows a stable set of rules.

Modifiers alter each round, targets can shift, restrictions accumulate, and the game becomes increasingly unstable.

Survive both phases and break the table before it breaks you.

The game was never designed to accept defeat.

Most important actions can also be performed by interacting directly with the objects on the table.
